基于《黄帝内经》“治未病”思想的中医防治慢性肾脏病研究

Research on the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Based on the Theory of "Preventive Treatment of Disease" in the Inner Canon of Huangdi

《黄帝内经》中"治未病"的主要内容包括未病先防、既病防变和瘥后防复。将中医"治未病"思想运用到慢性肾脏病的防治中,把疾病防治工作的重心前移,控制疾病进程的关键环节,使患者整体状态及肾脏微观病理得到有效改善,可在一定程度上降低患病率和死亡率,还能有效提高其知晓率、早期诊断率及治疗率,阻止本病向终末期肾脏病发展,对于改善慢性肾脏病预后具有重要意义。

The main contents of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ in the Inner Canon of Huangdi include prevention before disease onset,preparation for changes when disease occurs and prevention of relapse after recovery. By applying the ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂ to the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease,shifting forward the preventive treatment of disease and controlling the key link in the process of a disease,doctors can effectively improve the patients＇ general state and micropathological stage of the kidney,reduce the morbidity and mortality to some degree,greatly increase the awareness rate,diagnostic rate in the early stage and treatment rate and prevent the development of the kidney disease toward terminal stage,which has great significance for the improvement of the prognosis of kidney disease.
