苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Suhuang Cough-Relieving Capsules for the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年6月在本院就诊及住院治疗的CVA患者156例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组78例,治疗组脱落3例(均为用药疗程不足),对照组脱落4例,最终完成患者治疗组75例和对照组74例。对照组患者给予丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂、硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后咳嗽症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率90.67%,复发率9.33%,对照组有效率81.08%,复发率31.08%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊治疗CVA疗效显著且复发率低。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Suhuang Cough-Relieving Capsules on cough variant asthma（ CVA）. Methods： Totally 156 patients with CVA treated in this hospital between January 2012 and June 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group,78 cases in each group. Three cases were dropped out in treatment group（ due to insufficiency of drug use in treatment course）; four cases were dropped out in control group. Finally 75 cases completed treatment in treatment group and 74 cases in control group. Control group were given Beclomethasone Aerosol and Salbutamol Aerosol for the treatment while treatment group were added with Suhuang Cough-Relieving Capsules. Results： The cough symptoms scores in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate was 90. 67% in treatment group and 81. 08% in control group;the recurrence rate was 9. 33% in treatment group and 31. 08% in control group; treatment group were superior to control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Suhuang Cough-Relieving Capsules has significant therapeutic effects on CVA and the recurrence rate is low.
