多针傍刺法治疗梨状肌综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Double Needling with Multiple Needles for the Treatment of Piriformis Syndrome

目的:观察多针傍刺法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年8月本院收治的梨状肌综合征患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组42例和对照组44例。治疗组给予多针傍刺法针刺治疗,对照组给予局部封闭注射疗法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率97.6%,对照组有效率81.8%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多针傍刺法治疗梨状肌综合征疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of double needling with multiple needles for the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods： Totally 86 patients with piriformis syndrome treated in this hospital between January 2012 and August 2014 were randomized into treatment group（ 42 cases） and control group（ 44 cases）. Treatment group were given double needling with multiple needles for the treatment while control group were given partial closure injection therapy. Results： The effective rate was97. 6% in treatment group and 81. 8% in control group; the efficacy in treatment group were superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS score in treatment group were superior to that in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Double needling with multiple needles has definite therapeutic effects on piriformis syndrome.
