浅析历代医家对附子配伍的临床应用

Clinical Application of the Compatibility of Fuzi( Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata) by Doctors of All Dynasties

附子最有用亦最难用,通过合理配伍,可减轻附子毒性,体现出多方向的功效,扩大治疗范围。总结历代医家附子配伍特点有二:一是两种功效类似的药物配伍,如通过辛热同施、母子相生,用以增强原有药物的功效。二是通过组合附子与在性味、功能、作用趋向上对立的相关药物,组成寒热、刚柔、攻补、动静结合的药对,使它们既互相制约又相互促进。临床应用附子须辨证准确,配伍合理,煎服得宜,方有望既最大限度地发挥其功效,又尽量减少和避免可能产生的不良反应。

Fuzi（ Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata） is a very effective herb but also very difficult to apply properly. With proper compatibility,its toxicity can be reduced and the multiple effects can be reflected in larger treatment range. There are two compatibility characteristics concluded by doctors of all dynasties： compatibility of two drugs with similar effects like simultaneous application of pungent and heat drugs or generation between mother and child could enhance the efficacy of original drugs; by combining Fuzi（ Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata） with drugs having opposite properties,functions and action trends,drug pairs of cold and heat,solid and soft,purgative and tonics,dynamic and static combinations form to mutually restrict and promote. Clinically,the application of Fuzi（ Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata） should be based on accurate syndrome differentiation,proper compatibility and decoction,thus the optimal efficacy can be exerted and adverse reactions can be reduced or avoided to the greatest degree.
