近年来,心血管疾病发病率逐渐升高,是威胁人类健康的严重问题,以运动为核心的心脏康复则成为目前治疗热点。由于传统疗法的限制以及患者可能有相对或绝对运动禁忌证而不能耐受运动,治疗效果不佳,影响康复;而增强型体外反搏作为一种无创的"被动的运动",安全性较高,能够通过增加切应力、改善血管内皮功能等方面达到抗动脉粥样硬化、改善循环、增加运动耐量、改善睡眠质量、缓解抑郁等效应,在心脏康复治疗中逐渐被推广应用。

In recent years, cardiovascular diseases has gradually become a serious threat to humau health. Cardiac rehabilitation,with the core of exercise,is becoming a hot spot of current treatments. Due to the limitation of traditional therapy, the patients may have some relative or absolute contraindications, so that they can＇t tolerant exercise to get better effect on rehabilitation. Enhanced external counterpulsation as a noninvasive, safe circulation adjuvant therapy, and ＂passive movement＂, can resist atherosclerosis, improve circulation,increase exercise tolerance, improve sleep quality, relieve depression and so on, by increasing the shear stress,improving the function of vascular endothelium. It has gradually been used in cardiac rehabilitation.
