摘要 随着研究的深入,大家渐渐开始了解sirtuin蛋白家族。研究表明,sirtuins可参与代谢并影响多种生理过程,如应激反应、代谢、衰老等。同时,sirtuins与心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化、2型糖尿病、肿瘤和神经退行性病变等相关。虽然目前对舒张性心力衰竭的发病机制尚未明确,但sirtuins的激活可能减少舒张性心力衰竭的发病。所以sirtuins作为一个新的潜在的治疗干预靶点,可能为舒张性心力衰竭的预防与诊治提供新的方向。 With the deepening of research, people gradually knew the sirtuin protein family. Studies have shown that sirtuins partici- pate in metabolism and affect many physiological processes, such as stress, metabolism, aging, etc. At the same time, sirtuins are associated with heart failure, atherosclerosis, type 2 diabetes, tumor and neurodegenerative diseases. Although the pathogenesis of diastolic heart failure is not yet clear, the activation of sirtuins may reduce the incidence of diastolic heart failure. Therefore, sirtuins as a new potential :therapeutic intervention target, may provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of diastolic heart failure.
