氧化三甲胺与心血管疾病的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 近期研究表明,肠道菌群结构紊乱不仅与消化系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、肿瘤等相关,而且与心血管疾病的发生密切相关。肠道微生物利用富含胆碱或三甲胺结构的物质代谢生成的氧化三甲胺(trimethylamine-N-oxide,TMAO),在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起着重要作用。同时,TMAO与心血管疾病如动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、高血压病的研究也备受关注。最新研究证实血浆TMAO水平与不良心血管事件的发生率呈显著正相关。现就TMAO与心血管疾病关系的研究进展进行综述。 Recent studies have shown that the disorder of intestinal flora is not only related to the digestive system diseases, endocrine system diseases, tumor and other diseases, but also closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. Trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO) , a metabolic product originating from substances rich in choline or trimethylamine under the action of intestinal microorganisms, plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, the research of TMAO and cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, heart failure and hypertension has received high attention. Latest research has shown a significant positive correlation between plasma TMAO levels and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events. This article reviews the research progress of the relationship between TMAO and cardiovascular disease.
