摘要
以小窑头煤业极近距离煤层12~#煤层巷道支护为背景,通过理论分析,分析了巷道稳定性差的主要原因为11^(-3#)号煤层回采后遗留煤柱底板应力集中的影响,并计算影响范围,根据不同层间距制定不同的支护方案,并通过现场实测,支护效果明显,保证了工作面的安全回采,为极近距离煤矿巷道支护设计提供了新的思路。
Taking the roadway supporting in No.12 extra-close coal seam in Xiaoyaotou Mine as the background,theoretical analysis shows that the poor stability is mainly caused by stress concentration in the pillar left over by caving of No.11^(-3) coal seam. The influence range was calculated. Supporting plan was designed by different interlayer spacing. Field testing shows obvious support effects,which ensures the safe caving and provides a new idea for the support design for the extra-close coal seam.
