采区电气故障判断与停送电操作决策

摘要 采区供电是井下安全生产的基础,采区供电系统的运行存在负荷变化快、状态不稳定、电气故障易发多发的特点,采区供电系统发生故障后,由于规定性、规范性、权威性条文缺失,影响停送电操作决策。文章从采区供电系统的层级入手,按照由高到低的顺序,即采区高压总控→高压分控→移动变电站→低压总控→启动器→用电设备,逐级论述发生故障时对故障的初步判断以及应该采取的停送电操作进行决策,遵循的原则是安全第一,注重基础,全面分析,科学决策,通过正确指挥停送电操作,达到快速准确安全地处理发生在生产过程中的电气事故,为安全生产工作提供有力支持。 Power supply is the basis for the safe production in mines.The power supply system in the mining area is characteristic of fast change of load,unstable situation,and many electrical failures. After the failure of the power supply system,lack of regulated,normative,and authoritative provision affected the decision-making of the power on/off operation.The paper discusses the preliminary judgment of the failure and decision-making of the power on/off operation in a top-down order,from high voltage main control,to high voltage separate control,mobile substation,starter,and finally electric equipment. Scientific decision making is based on safety,foundation,and overall analysis. Correct power on/off operation could realize the fast and safe processing of the electrical failure and provide powerful support for the safe production.
