摘要
为降低矿山人工测风的工作量,提高风量测试的准确率,引进以电动机为动力、丝杆为传动装置的多点移动式测风装置,着重分析该装置工作原理,改进风量测试位置和测试时间,编程控制风速传感器在水平和垂直方向的精确运动。通过多点移动、精确定位技术对矿井风量进行精确计算,优化矿井测风技术,提高矿山生产效率以及机械化程度。在某矿进行现场试验,结果表明:多点移动式测风与人工测风相比准确率为95%以上。
To reduce the workload of manual measurement and improve the accuracy of wind volume measurement,a multi-point mobile measurement device was introduced with electromotor as the power part and lead screw as the transmission part.The paper focuses on its working principle to improve the measurement position and time.We program to control the precise movement of the sensors of the wind speed at the horizontal and vertical directions.The accurate calculation with the multi-point movement and accurate positioning technology could optimize the wind measurement and increase the working efficiency and mechanization level.The field test shows that the multi-point mobile measurement is 95% more accurate than the manual measurement.
