医学院校大学生创业意识现状及培养策略研究

Study on the current situation and training strategy of medical students' entrepreneurship

目的:了解医学院校大学生创业意识现状及其影响因素。方法:对275名本科生进行面访问卷调查,数据采用χ2检验与Logistic回归分析。结果:大学生创业意识在年级间的差异有统计学意义;年级、学习成绩与创业扶持政策知晓度等因素影响了医学院校大学生创业意识。结论:加大政府与学校教育宣传力度是提升大学生创业意识的关键途径。

Objective：To find out medical students＇ entrepreneurial spirits and factors that might influence it. Methods：Analysis of the survey data of 275 undergraduates used chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.？ Results College students＇ entrepreneurial consciousness with statistical significance came from grade. The influencing factors were grade, academic records and entrepreneurship support policy understanding. Conclusion： The focus should be on education and publicity of government and school.
