体育高职院校大学生学习动力现状研究分析——以福建体育职业技术学院为例

Research on the Learning Motivation of Sports Vocational College Students——Taking Fujian Sports Vocational and Technical College as an Example

目的为了提高体育高职院校大学生的学习动力,使学生能够积极主动的学习,以更好地满足社会需求,实现体育高职院校的跨越式发展。方法采用文献资料、问卷调查、个别访谈、数据统计、逻辑分析等方法研究体育高职大学生的学习动机现状。结论父母对子女的期望值低、关注度不够;体育高职学校教育资源缺乏,特别是实训基地建设不足,以及对学生思想管理、心理咨询、就业指导、校园文化建设等方面做得不够;现代网络媒体技术的发展、就业环境的竞争加剧、体育高职学院的学生自我效能感差、缺乏学习目标等是导致体育高职大学生学习动力不足的主要原因。

Objective： To improve the vocational college students＇ learning motivation to better meet the needs of society and make vocational colleges develop rapidly. Methods： literature review, questionnaires, individual interviews, data statistics, logic analysis. Conclusion： low parents＇ expectations; poor education conditions, especially insufficient training bases; students＇ ideological management, counseling, employment guidance, campus culture construction are not enough. The development of modern network media technology, the competitive employment environment, vocational college students＇ inadequate self-efficacy and lack of learning objectives are the main reasons of low learning motivation.
