我国物联网产业政府补贴政策效用研究

Research on the Utility of Government Subsidy Policy in China's Internet of Things Industry

政府补贴是我国物联网产业快速发展的重要资金来源。通过对2013-2015年我国36家物联网上市公司披露的年报数据的实证分析,得出政府补贴对企业的筹资能力、技术研发和效益产出都产生了正面影响,但是影响力相对有限。政府对物联网产业所实行的补贴政策,存在资金分配不合理、预期目标难以达成等问题。这些问题可以通过完善补贴资金的监管机制、发挥财政补贴政策的导向作用和杠杆效应、拓宽物联网企业的筹资渠道等途径来解决,从而提升我国物联网产业政府补贴政策的效用,构建公平、高效的产业发展环境,促进我国物联网产业持续健康发展。

Government subsidy is an important source of funds for the rapid development of China＇s Internet of things industry. Through the empirical analysis of annual report data of 36 Chinese listed companies from 2013-2015, we reached that government subsidies have a positive effect of on enterprises＇ financing ability, technology development and benefit, but the influence is relatively limited. Government subsidies for the Internet of things industry are unreasonably allocated, and the target is difficult to reach. These problems can be solved through regulatory mechanism, the guiding role and leverage effect of financial subsidy policies,broadening the financing channels so as to enhance the subsidy policy effectiveness and build a fair and efficient industrial development environment and promote the sustained and healthy development of the Internet of things industry.
