Research on Social Organization Security in Light of the Overall National Security

基于总体国家安全观视角的分析表明,社会组织安全是指在国际社会组织参与全球治理及其安全化的背景下,国家避免社会组织领域的安全威胁以维护本国经济、政治、军事、文化和环境等领域的根本利益的行动;国际社会组织与来源国政府的合谋、对软实力的敌意运用、支持代理人组织开展非暴力不合作运动和使用巧实力来推动"颜色革命"是社会组织安全威胁的主要来源;维护中国社会组织安全要按照习近平总书记"发展是安全的基础、安全是发展的保障"的思想,全力推进国家治理现代化,积极采取有针对性的安全措施。

The increasing significance of the overall national security has proposed issues concerned with social organization security, and three questions need to be answered： ＂What is social organization security？＂, ＂where do the threats of social organization security come from？＂ and ＂how shall China safeguard social organization security effectively？＂ Social organization security means that the state avoids the threat of national security in the field of social organization so as to safeguard fundamental economic, political, military, cultural and environmental interests under the background of international social organizations which participate in global governance and are securitized; threats of social organization security come mainly from the conspiracy between organization security in China shall implement the thought of Xi Jinping that ＂development is the foundation of security, and security is the guarantee of the development＂.
