摘要
宁波市鄞江镇地处中国长江三角洲南翼,浙江省东部沿海。近年来连续遭遇强台风袭击,据不完全统计,2007年以来造成一定影响的台风有30多个,平均每年3.3个。台风暴雨造成鄞江镇经常性受淹,镇区防洪体系已经不能满足防洪要求。为了研究现状防洪工程的防洪能力、同时为设计治理提供对策,建立鄞江镇区防洪工程整体物理模型。试验研究现状各堰(闸)不同的出流状态下的排涝能力,河道分流规律、不同河段堤防的防洪能力以及沿程流速、流态等水力特性。
Yinjiang town is located in the south of China's Yangtze River Delta, an eastern coastal region of Zhejiang Province. In recent years, the town suffered from a series of strong typhoon attack.According to incomplete statistics, there have been more than 30 typhoons with a certain impact on the town since 2007, an average of 3.3 typhoons per year. Yinjiang town is often flooded because of typhoon rainstorms.Township flood control system has been unable to meet the requirements of flood control. In order to study the capacity of flood control, while providing countermeasures for design and management, an overall physical model ofYinjiang Townis established. Through the model test, the draining ability of all weirs (sluices), river diversion rule, flood control capacity of different dikes and the hydraulic characteristics such asthe flow velocity and flow pattern along the riverare discussed. The research results provide a technical reference for the next phase of comprehensive planning and management.
