摘要
资料表明,不同粒径大小的再生粗骨料旧砂浆含量不同,骨料强度不同,对混凝土的强度影响也不同。在使用再生粗骨料的情况下,取代天然骨料成为研究重点。设计了再生粗骨料的吸水率指标试验、压碎指标值测定试验以及相应再生混凝土试件力学性能测定试验并进行了系统分析,得出结论:随着再生粗骨料取代天然粗骨料粒径地不断减小,再生粗骨料的吸水率不断增加,压碎指标值不断降低,且其制成的混凝土的力学性能降低。
Data show thatthe content of mortar, the strength of aggregate and the impact on concrete strengthare differentfor recycled coarse aggregate of different particle sizes. The use of recycled coarse aggregate to replace natural aggregate is the research focus. The study designed water absorption experiment, crushing index value determination test, and corresponding experiment on mechanical properties of recycled concrete samples. From systematic analysis, it is concluded that as the particle sizes of recycled coarse aggregate decrease, the water absorption increases, crushing index value drops, and mechanical properties of produced concretedegrade.
