劳动力市场的性别分割——一个综述

摘要 由制度性因素和社会性因素导致的劳动力市场分割产生了极大影响,各学者分别从不同角度研究了我国劳动力市场的分割方式。现有对制度性因素导致的分割研究成果较为丰富,而社会性因素即性别歧视方面的研究仍有欠缺。本文从劳动力市场分割理论、劳动力市场的性别分割研究方式及成果进行简单的介绍与评述。
