摘要
澳门作为中西文化交汇融合的窗口,长久以来自然环境和物资产出颇为独特,加之历史的原因,中西不同风格的饮食文化在这里相聚、相互吸收和交融,呈现出独特的澳门饮食文化特征。这种独特性不仅体现在选用的食材、烹饪的技法、独特的菜系,同时也体现在饮食风俗方面。澳门的饮食文化特征,真实清晰地诠释了澳门多元文化和谐汇融的历史。
Macao is a place of integration of Chinese and western culture, due to the natural environment, the different products and historical causes. The characteristics of Macao dietary culture is unique, Chinese and western style food culture get together here, and this is the beginning of folk fusion, and mutual absorption and exchange. Starting with the characteristics of dietary culture in Macao, the fusion of Chinese and western diet- ary culture and the historical origins of Macao' s dietetic culture were expounded and explored.
