摘要
徐州作为"一带一路"上重要的节点城市,具有交通区位便利、饮食文化底蕴深厚、烹调特色鲜明的优势,也具有融合不足、菜肴制作不精致、营销力度不到位等劣势。在"一带一路"的背景下,徐州应当通过系统挖掘传统美食产品的文化内涵、以创新为助推器推动徐州饮食更好更快发展、与互联网联手打造智慧美食营销平台等手段进行美食资源开发和推广,促进徐州旅游和经济的健康有序发展。
As one of the key cities located in the "One Belt and One Road" region, Xuzhou is convenient in transportation, abundant in food culture, and distinctive in cooking features, and shorts in cultural integra- tion, food production, and market promoting. Strengthening the traditional system of culture connotation and some other suggestions were proposed.
