Development and production process of low-viscosity and high-transparency PVC paste resin was introduced. The paste resin had high degree of polymerization, smaU time-dependent change of viscosity and good defoaming performance. The products made from the resin had excellent transparency and good tensile strength. The resin was suitable for coated molding, rotational molding, impregnation, coating, etc.
