摘要
采用自主研发的B-200表面改性剂对生物质纤维进行改性,然后制备了高填充PVC/生物质纤维地板基材,考察了B-200用量、生物质纤维用量与种类对地板基材性能的影响,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜对地板基材进行了表征。结果表明:适宜的填充配方为400份秸秆粉、80份B-200。
Biomass fibers were modified by self-developed B-200 surface modifiers, and highly-filled PVC/biomass fiber floor substrates were prepared. The effects of B-200 amount, biomass fiber amount and kind on the properties of floor substrate were investigated. The floor substrates were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the suitable filling formula was 400 parts straw powder and 80 parts B-200, producing product with good quality and processabihty.
