摘要
通过试验研究萃取剂、萃取方式等样品的前处理条件,建立了一种固相萃取-气质色谱联用测定PVC管材中10余种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂环境激素含量的方法,填补了PVC管材检测在此领域的空白。
Based on experimental study of sample pretreatment conditions, such as extraction agent and extraction methods, a method of sohd phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography -mass spec- trometry was established to determine the content of more than 10 kinds of environmental hormone phthalates in PVC pipes. This method fiUed the gap in PVC pipe detection in this area, and had referen- tial significance for determining the environmental hormone phthalates content in other medium.
