Recovery of vinyl chloride rectification tail gas by pressure swing adsorption

摘要 湖北宜化化工股份有限公司原采用膜技术回收氯乙烯精馏尾气,后改造为变压吸附技术回收氯乙烯精馏尾气,对改造前后精馏尾气的回收数据进行了分析。结果表明:改造后PVC单耗电石下降8.73 kg/t,年创经济效益305.5万元,投资回收期约1年。 Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. originally adopted membrane technology to recover vinyl chloride rectification tail gas. Reform was made to recover the tail gas by pressure swing ad- sorption technology. The recovery data of rectification tail gas before and after reform was made were ana- lyzed. The results showed that the calcium carbide consumption per unit of PVC decreased by 8.73 kg/ t, economic benefit of 3. 055 million yuan was created per year, and the investment recovery period was about 1 year.
