桡偏握力锻炼治疗部队新兵腕尺侧疼痛的疗效观察

摘要 目的研究桡偏握力锻炼治疗部队新兵腕尺侧疼痛的疗效。方法研究纳入2016年8月入伍的某部腕尺侧疼痛新兵患者58例,根据治疗方法不同分为桡偏石膏固定组(20例)、桡偏握力锻炼组(19例)和患腕休养组(19例)。给予相应治疗6周后,比较治疗前后患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Cooney腕关节功能评分。结果所有患者均顺利完成治疗。所有患者皆存在尺骨正变异。治疗期间桡偏石膏固定组发生湿疹4例,皮炎5例,桡偏握力锻炼组及患腕休养组未发生不良反应。治疗后,3组VAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且桡偏石膏固定组和桡偏握力锻炼组低于患腕休养组(P<0.05);3组Cooney腕关节功能评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),且桡偏石膏固定组和桡偏握力锻炼组高于患腕休养组(P<0.05)。结论桡偏石膏固定、桡偏握力锻炼治疗腕尺侧疼痛都有良好效果。桡偏握力锻炼更方便、易行,并发症少,性价比高。 Objective To study therapeutic effect of radial deviation grip exercise in treatment of cubit-sided pains in recruits. Methods A total of 58 recruits with cubit-sided pains, who joined PLA in August 2016, were divided into radial deviation plaster fixation group (n=20) , radial deviation grip exercise group (n=19 ) and affected wrist rest group (n=19) according to different therapeutic methods. After 6 weeks of corresponding treatments, pain visual ana- logue scale (VAS) score and Cooney wrist function score before and after treatment were compared. Results All pa- tients finished treatments successfully, and had cubit plus-variant. During the therapy, there were 4 patients with eczema and 5 patients with dermatitis in radial deviation plaster fixation group, but there were no adverse reactions in radial devi- ation grip exercise group and affected wrist rest group. After treatment, VAS scores were significantly lower than those be- fore treatment in the 3 groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the scores in radial deviation plaster fixation and radial deviation grip ex- ercise groups were significantly lower than that in affected wrist rest group ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; Cooney wrist function scores were significantly higher than those before treatment in the 3 groups (P 〈 O. 05 ), and the scores in radial deviation plaster fixa- tion and radial deviation grip exercise groups were significantly higher than that in affected wrist rest group ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Both radial deviation plaster fixation, and radial deviation grip exercise have good effects in treatment of cu- bit-sided pains in recruits, and radial deviation grip exercise is simple and convenient with few complications and high performance cost ratio.
