乘用车生产检测技术简述

摘要 如何为市场提供质量稳定、安全、环保、舒适的汽车产品,是汽车工程师考虑的重点。现代汽车配置丰富,传统的检测工艺已不能满足现代汽车检测的需求。提出了智能四轮定位检测、车速表检测、尾气检测、驾驶辅助系统检测及电器稳定性路试检测等。合理的装配工艺是制造合格汽车的前提条件,主机厂的最后工序(即检测工艺)决定了生产汽车的性能是否稳定。使用科学、准确、全面的检测技术确保了新生产汽车良好的驾驶性、安全性和环保性。 How to supply the qualified, safe, environmental and comfort vehicle product is a key for the engineers. The traditional inspection already hasn't meet the demands of update vehicle inspection due to modem vehicle luxurious configuration, the inspections including the intelligent four-wheel alignment, speedometer, tail gas, drive aid and electric circuit stability are put forward. The rational assembly process ensures to produce the qualified vehicle, the inspection process in OEM determines the performances of vehicle. Scientific and accurate inspection technology guarantees significant driving, safety and environment of new vehicle.
