基于振动分析的旋翼试验台变速箱故障诊断 被引量:2

摘要 变速箱作为旋翼试验台传动系统的关键部件,结构复杂且设计要求高,在高速运行过程中容易出现振动、噪声异常等故障现象。介绍了国内外变速箱故障诊断的主要方法,给出旋翼试验台变速箱的结构设计以及质量不平衡的理论模型,对运转过程出现的振动异常进行了频谱分析和故障定位,结果表明振动异常主要由变速箱输入轴的质量不平衡引起。 Gearbox is the key component of rotor test stand transmission system,it's very complicated with higher design requirements,and it will fail when working on very high speed. Firstly,the present research state of failure diagnose for the gearbox was reviewed. The frameword design and the model of unbalance for the gearbox were also gave out,and then the spectrum analysis for abnormal vibration data during testing and the location for this failure were presented. Finally,it was shown that the main source for out of way vibration of the gearbox was almost from the mass imbalance of the input shaft.
