摘要
针对影响软基处理方案优选决策的各因素所具有复杂性、灰色性和模糊性的特点,提出一种科学合理的评价模型,为软基处理方案优选提供依据。基于层次分析法和群决策理论,建立了软基处理方案多层次、多属性评价指标体系,采用灰色理论和模糊数学建立了软基处理方案的灰色-模糊决策模型,并将该模型应用到实际工程中。基于层次分析法和群决策理论,构建的多层次、多属性评价指标体系及其指标权重更加符合客观实际。软基处理方案灰色-模糊决策模型,使方案决策定量化和科学化,为软基处理方案的优选提供了有效途径,具有理论和应用价值。
A scientific and reasonable evaluation model is proposed to deal with the complexity,grayness and fuzziness of the influencing factors in the soft ground improvement project.A multi-layer and multi-attribute evaluating index system based on analytic hierarchy process and group decision theory is set up for the soft ground improvement project.A gray-fuzzy decision model of the soft ground improvement project is established based on gray theory and fuzzy mathematics theory.The model is applied to practical engineering.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and group decision-making theory,the multi-hierarchy,multi-attribute evaluation index system and the index weight are more in line with the objective reality.The gray fuzzy decision model of soft foundation treatment makes decision quantitative and scientific,and provides an effective way for the soft foundation treatment scheme selection.So it has some theoretical and practical values.
