摘要
目的探讨绝经期原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者血清细胞因子、氧化应激指标的变化及其意义。方法选取我院确诊的已绝经POAG患者120例(诊断时间2015年1月至2016年12月)作为POAG组、40例眼部检查正常者作为对照组,对比两组患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-6、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的水平,并根据视神经损伤程度对POAG进行亚组分析。结果 POAG组患者的血清IL-4、IL-6水平显著的高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);POAG组患者的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的MDA、GST水平高于对照组(P<0.05);视神经损伤轻度、中度、重度的POAG组患者的MDA、GST、IL-4、IL-6水平逐渐升高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);视神经损伤轻度、中度、重度的POAG组患者的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px水平逐渐降低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经期POAG患者血清炎性细胞因子水平升高、伴有不同程度的氧化应激损伤。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum cytokines and oxidative stress in menopause patients with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and their significance. Methods 120 menopause POAG patients in our hospital diagnosed cases (diagnosis time from January 2015 to December 2016) as POAG group, 40 cases of normal as the control group, and detection of white blood cells were compared between two groups of serum inflammatory -2 (IL-2), IL- 4, IL-6, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide the enzyme (CAT), glutathione S transferase (GST), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) level, and according to the degree of optic nerve injury in POAG subgroup analysis. Results Group POAG patients with serum IL-4, IL-6 levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; POAG group of patients with SOD, CAT, GSH-Px levels lower than the control group (P〈0.05), the study group, the level of GST was higher than MDA the control group (P〈0.05) ; POAG damage in patients with mild, moderate and severe group of MDA, GST, IL-4, IL-6 levels gradually increased the optic nerve, a statistically significant difference between the groups (P〈0. 05) ; POAG damage in patients with mild, moderate and severe group of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px levels decreased gradually with the optic nerve, statistics significant differences between the groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Elevated levels of inflammatory cytokines in menopause patients with POAG are associated with varying levels of oxidative stress.
