龟头炎致病真菌感染情况分析

ANALYSIS OF THE PATHOGENIC FUNGAL INFECTION FROM 323 PATIENTS WITH BALANITIS

目的了解唐山地区龟头炎患者的致病真菌感染情况,为临床防治提供理论依据。方法对323例龟头炎患者进行标本采集,致病真菌镜检阳性者行真菌培养、分离、鉴定及分析。结果 323例龟头炎患者中120例(37.15%)致病真菌镜检阳性;除损失的7份标本外,113份标本共成功分离7种、116株致病真菌,其中念珠菌104株,含白念珠菌92株、光滑念珠菌6株;非念珠菌12株,含卵/圆糠秕孢子菌11株、红色毛癣菌1株。结论唐山地区龟头炎患者的重要病因是致病真菌感染,尤以念珠菌感染为主,其中白念珠菌为首位致病真菌,卵/圆糠秕孢子菌和光滑念珠菌分列第二位和第三位。

Objective To analyze the pathogenic fungal infection of patients with balanitis in Tangshan,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods A total of 323 cases of patients with balanitis were collected,and the pathogenic fungi which were positive in microscopic examination were cultured,isolated,identified and analyzed.Results Of the 323 patients with balanitis,120 cases（37.15%）were positive for pathogenic fungi in microscopic examination.Except for 7 samples,113 samples were cultured and116 strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated,including 104 strains of Candida,which included 92 strains of Candida albicans and 6 strains of Candida glabrata;12 strains of non-Candida,which included 11 strains of Pityrosporoiiovale/orbiculare and 1 case of Trichophyton rubrum.Conclusion Pathogenic fungal infection is an important cause of balanitis in Tangshan,especially Candida infection.Candida albicans is the first pathogenic fungi,Pityrosporoiiovale/orbiculare and Candida glabrata are the second and third respectively.
