参芍口服液调脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF SHENSHAO ORAL LOTION ON LIPID MODULATING AND ANTI-ATHEROSCLEROSIS

目的观察参芍口服液对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血清中的血脂水平及实验大鼠AS发生发展的影响。方法采用雄性SD大鼠60只,随机将大鼠分为六组:普通饲料组、AS模型组、参芍口服液低剂量组、参芍口服液中剂量组、参芍口服液高剂量组以及辛伐他汀对照组。喂食饲养共12周以及对参芍口服液各组给药4周以后,处死大鼠。光镜观察各组大鼠主动脉病理形态学变化;检测各组实验大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平。结果参芍口服液组大鼠主动脉动脉硬化病理改变程度较AS模型组轻,而这种形态差异随着参芍口服液给药剂量的增加而逐渐显著;与AS模型组相比,参芍口服液高剂量组及辛伐他汀组大鼠血清中的TC、TG和LDL-C含量降低(均P<0.05),HDL-C含量升高(P<0.05)。结论参芍口服液可以减轻AS大鼠主动脉的病理学进展,可以有效调节AS大鼠血清血脂水平。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenshao oral lotion on modulating serum lipids concentration and progress of atherosclerosis in experimental rats.Methods Atherosclerotic rats model were established by high fat feed and intraperitoneal injection of VD3.All 60 male SD rats were divided into six groups randomly：normal feed group,atherosclerotic model group,low dose of Shenshao oral lotion group,middle dose of Shenshao oral lotion group and high dose of Shenshao oral lotion group,simvastatin control group.Pathomorphology change of aorta of the rats was observed through light microscope.Serum lipids level of rats in each group was examined after 12 weeks feed and Shenshao oral lotion were given for 4 weeks.Results The pathological change of aorta of the rats in high dose of Shenshao oral lotion group was alleviated than which in atherosclerotic model group.Compared with atherosclerotic model groups,the serum level of TC,TG,LDLC was lower and the serum level of HDL-C was higher in high dose Shenshao oral lotion group and simvastatin group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenshao oral lotion can modulate blood lipids concentration in experimental rats,which may be one of the mechanisms of Shenshao oral lotion to prevent atherosclerosis.
