摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在超强氧气雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎中的应用效果。方法将该院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的90例小儿急性喉炎的患儿按照护理方法的不同分为观察组(舒适护理)和对照组(常规护理)各45例,比较二组患儿临床疗效、治疗的依从性、家长的满意度以及住院时间。结果观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为95.6%、66.7%,观察组显著高于对照组。且观察组治疗的依从性、家长的满意度、住院时间显著优于对照组。结论舒适护理能够显著提高超强氧气雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎患儿的依从性,改善患儿的症状,提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in super oxygen atomization inhalation treatment of acute laryngitis in children.Methods To compare treatment adherence,clinical effects,parents’ compliance,parental satisfaction,and length of stay in hospital,90 patients with acute laryngitis admitted to author’s hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into observation group（Comfortable nursing group）and control group（Conventional nursing）in accordance with different nursing methods.There were 45 cases in each group.Results The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group were 95.6%,66.7%.The rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group.Treatment adherence,length of stay in hospital and parents’ satisfaction were significantly better than comparison group.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can significantly improve the compliance of super oxygen atomization inhalation treatment of children with acute laryngitis,improve the patient’s symptoms,and shorten the hospitalization time.
