过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ2基因Pro12Ala多态性与宁夏汉族原发性高血压的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ2基因Pro12Ala多态性与宁夏汉族人群原发性高血压的关系。方法采用多聚酶链式反应结合限制性片段长度多态性方法对随机选取的EH患者163例(EH组),正常血压者178例(NT组)进行PPARγ2基因Pro12Ala多态性检测。结果 Ala12携带者(PA/AA)的基因型频率EH组为16.0%,NT组为11.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A等位基因频率EH组为8.3%,NT组为5.6%,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二项逐步Logistic回归显示年龄、BMI、GLU、UA、Cr、LDL-C增高为原发性高血压的危险因素,HDL-C增高为保护因素。结论 PPARγ2基因Pro12Ala多态性与宁夏汉族EH患者易感无关联性。 Objective To investigate the association between Prol2Ala polymorphism of peroxisome prolifera- tor activated receptor gamma 2 gene and essential hypertension in Ningxia Han population. Methods Poly- merase chain reaction combined with restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to detect PPAR gamma 2 gene Pro12Ala polymorphism in 163 randomly selected patients with EH (group EH) and 178 pa- tients with normal blood pressure (group NT).Resuits Alal2 carriers (PA/AA) genotype frequency was 16% in EH group, 11.2% in NT group, there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05).The fre- quency of A allele was 8.3% in EH group,5.6% in NT group, there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Two stepwise logistic regression showed that age, BMI, GLU, UA, Cr and LDL- C were the risk factors of essential hypertension,and HDL - C was the protective factor.Conclusion PPAR72 gene Prol2Ala variant susceptible no significant correlation in patients of Han Chinese in Ningxia.
