微信APP辅助的围术期护理干预对混合痔术后患者身心健康的影响

THE EFFECTS OF PERI-OPERATIVE NURSING INTERVENTION VIA WECHAT APP ON PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PATIENTS WITH MIXED HAEMORRHOIDAL DISEASE

目的探讨基于微信APP的围术期护理干预对混合痔术后患者身心健康的影响,为混合痔临床护理提供新依据。方法便利选取唐山市中医院肛肠科于2016年1—6月间住院的混合痔患者为传统护理方式组,7—12月患者为微信APP护理方式组,所有患者均拟行混合痔切除术。微信APP护理方式组采用微信APP辅助的围术期护理干预,传统方式组采用传统围术期护理干预。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分、SCL-90焦虑评分、出血症状及停止时间等工具或指标进行干预效果评价。结果术后1d、2d、3d微信APP护理方式组患者的创面疼痛程度优于传统方式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑评分于术后24h、48h均好于传统方式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同时间段,微信APP护理方式组患者术后出血症状积分均优于传统方式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后0~2d、3~5d、6~7d出血停止例数和停止出血率二组未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论微信APP辅助的围术期护理方式可协助改善混合痔术后患者身心健康状况,是一种值得推广的围术期护理干预形式。

Objective To investigate the effects of peri- operative nursing intervention via WeChat on physical and mental health of patients with mixed haemorrhoidal disease.Methods Convenience sampling was used to choose participants from author＇s hospital.From Jan to Jun 2016, patients with mixed hemorrhoids were se- lected as the traditional intervention group （n = 212） ,all the nursing interventions were carried out in tradi- tional way. From Jul to Dec 2016, patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected as WeChat intervention group （n --- 229 }, part of peri - operative nursing intervention were carried out via WeChat. All patients were underwent hemorrhoidectomy.The pain visual analogue scale,anxiety, bleeding and other tools or indexes were used to assess the nursing intervenrion effect.Results Patients＂ postoperative pain scores in WeChat interven- tion group was lower than that of the traditional intervention group on ld,2d,3d after operation,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The anxiety status was significantly lower than that of the traditional intervention group on 24h,48h （P〈0.05 ）.Bleeding symptoms significantly was less than those in the tradi- tional intervention group （ P〈0.05）, bleeding time in 0 - 2d, 3 - 5d, 6 - 7d were no statistically significant be- tween the two groups （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion Peri- operative nursing intervention carried out via WeChat can effectively improve the physical and mental health of patients with hemorrhoidectomy,and it is worthy of clinical application.
