针对苏里格气田致密砂岩储层成岩作用强烈、物性差、非均质性强、储量丰度低、压降快、单井产量低等问题,为提高开发效果、降低开发成本,通过借鉴苏南、苏东南区块工厂化作业开发经验,在苏里格气田中区积极开展工厂化作业试验,参考国内外先进技术和精细化管理理念,结合某区块开发现状,以"集群化部署、工厂化作业"为核心,以"流程化、批量化、标准化"作业为基础,实现资源集中化、施工专业化、组织模块化、流程标准化,建立了某区块特色的工厂化作业管理模式,实现了某区块非均质储层的储量高效动用,为气田的高效稳产树立新样板。

Sulige gasfield of tight sandstone reservoir is strongdiagenesis, poor physical properties, strong heterogeneity,low reserve abundance,pressure drop quickly, the well production is a problem,in order to improve the development effect,reduce the cost of development,through reference to south of Sulige and southeastern block of factory operation experience,carry out factory test in the Sulige gasfield of central area.From reference domestic and foreign advanced technology and fine management, combined with the X block development using cluster deployment, factory work as the core. processing, standard,operation as the basis,to achieve the concentration of resources, construction specialization,organization modularization, standardization process.Established X block features of the factory operation management pattern,the X block heterogeneous reservoirs efficiently using, establish a new model for efficient and stable gasfield.
