日间手术护理管理模式效果调查及分析

AN INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON EFFECT OF NURSING MANAGEMENT MODEL WITH DAY SURGERY

目的探讨三段式运行模式在日间手术管理中的实践与效果。方法结合日间手术特点,将日间手术运行模式分为"院前查、院中治、院后访"三阶段,不断优化流程、进行岗位前移,加强各科室间沟通,同时选取北京友谊医院2016年8—12月中的300例日间手术患者,进行满意度问卷调查,将其作为此运行模式和服务质量改进的效果评价。调查问卷内容包括:患者姓名、性别、年龄、学历、病种等客观资料,也包括患者在整个日间手术过程中对医院环境、等候时间、医护服务、复诊服务等方面的主观评价。结果 300例日间手术患者满意度调查结果显示,总体满意度99%,服务态度100%,等候时间98.3%,院前指导98.3%,术后指导99%,复诊服务98.3%。结论通过手术室管理经验积累和日间手术患者满意度调查结果进行分析,找出多种影响因素,增加手术量的同时,在有限的医疗卫生资源下,最大限度优化日间手术流程,充分证明"院前查、院中治、院后访"三段式运行模式切实提高了手术周转率,提高手术间利用率,减少术前等候的时间,保证术中患者安全,整体提升了日间手术患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the practice and effect of three-stage operation mode in the management of day surgery.Methods Combined with the characteristics of day surgery,the operation mode of daytime operation was divided into three stages：pre-hospital examination,hospital treatment,hospital visit.We continued to optimize the process,job forward,strengthen communication between various departments.A total of 300 patients who underwent day surgery during the period of 8-12 in the middle of 2016 in author＇s hospital were selected,and whose satisfaction degree was evaluated by the questionnaire.The contents of the questionnaire include：the patient＇s name,gender,age,education,disease and other objective data,including patients with subjective evaluation of the hospital environment,waiting time,health care services,referral service and other aspects in the whole process of day surgery.Results All 300 cases of patients with day surgery satisfaction survey results showed that 99% overall satisfaction,service attitude 100%,waiting time 98.3%,pre-hospital guidance 98.3%,postoperative guidance 99%,referral service 98.3%.Conclusion The three-stage operation mode can improve the operation turnover rate,the utilization rate of surgery and reduce the preoperative waiting time and ensure the safety of patients during the operation and overall improve the satisfaction of patients with day surgery.
