摘要
目的探讨延续护理对一期肺癌伴发糖尿病患者抑郁和焦虑状态的影响。方法选取该院一期肺癌伴发糖尿病住院患者76例,入院后告知患者延续护理内容,并发放告知同意书,从中选取自愿参与延续护理一期肺癌伴发糖尿病41例患者为观察组,其余35例一期肺癌伴发糖尿病患者为常规组给予常规护理。观察组41例在常规护理的基础上再给予延续护理,对比分析二组护理前后抑郁和焦虑状态的变化。结果护理前二组SDS评分、SAS评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组SDS评分、SAS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.01);观察组患者对本次护理治疗的满意率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理在一期肺癌伴发糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者抑郁、焦虑的不良情绪,为患者的身心康复和预后提供有利条件。
Objective To explore the effects of continued nursing on depression and anxiety for patients with stage 1 lung cancer with diabetes.Methods Seventy-six cases of stage 1 lung cancer with diabetes were selected as the subjects in author's hospital.All patients were informed to take part in continue nursing content after admission,and distribute the informed consent.Forty-one cases were as observation group who were the voluntary continue nursing issue;while the rest of the thirty-five patients were as regular group who were given routine nursing.In the observation group,the patients were extended to continue nursing care on the basis of routine nursing,and the changes of depression and anxiety state were analyzed between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups compared to the scores of SDS and SAS scores(P〉0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were significantly lower than that in normal group(P〈0.01).The satisfaction of patients for nursing treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous care in patients with lung cancer with diabetes shows a significant effect.It can significantly improve patients with depression,anxiety,bad mood,and can provide favorable conditions for the physical and mental rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
