单波长色散X射线荧光法在石油产品中硫含量测定中的应用

Determination of sulfur content in oil products by monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry

采用单波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪,建立了测定石油产品中硫含量的分析方法。考察了方法的重复性和准确性,并用该方法测定实际试样中硫的含量。实验结果表明,氯含量标准曲线具有良好的线性,线性相关系数r为0.9996,线性范围0.5 mg/kg^500 mg/kg,实际试样加标回收率为98.33%~100.93%,并将测定结果与ANTEKXI紫外荧光法进行了对比,分析结果基本吻合。本方法适用于石油产品中硫含量的测定。

A method was developed for the determination of sulfur content in oil products by monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The repeatability and accuracy of this method were investigated.The method analyzed actual samples.The experimental results showed that linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.999 6.The linear range of the standard curve was 0.5 mg/kg ~500.0 mg/kg.The recoveries of standard addition were 98.33 % ~100.93 %.The results from ANTEKXI ultraviolet fluorescence me-thod were consistent to the method.This method had been successfully applied to the determination of sulfur content in oil products.
