摘要
车辆起步品质影响乘坐舒适性和车辆行驶安全。以搭载某型液力变速器的车辆为例,介绍了双向同速比式液力变速器的结构和工作原理并建立了动力学模型。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台建立了该型号液力变速器起步仿真模型,对液力变速器起步过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明:整车冲击度可以满足国内标准17.64 m/s^3的要求。
Vehicle starting affects riding comfort and driving safety. The paper takes vehicle loaded with a certain type of hydraulic transmission as an example to explain this point. Structure and working principle of bidirectional synchronous speed hydraulic transmission are introduced in the paper, and dynamic model is established. A model is built for simulating hydraulic transmission starting using Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. Results show that impact of the vehicle is up to 17.64 m/s^3 as required by domestic standard.
