摘要
高速动车组车下设备体积大、载重大,装配空间狭小,装配精度要求高。针对高速动车组车下设备安装难题,文中提出一种基于麦克纳姆轮的全向移动设备,介绍了设备的工作原理及实现方式,在此基础上自主研发了一套多功能车下设备安装平台,多功能车下设备安装平台额定移动灵活、定位精度高、额定载重大、具备升降及两平台拼接承载更大载重等功能,可极大地提高高速动车组车下设备装配的效率及质量。
Bottom suspension equipment of high-speed train is difficult to be installed due to large size, heavy load, narrow assembly space and high demands on assembly precision. The paper proposes an omnidirectional mobile device based on the Mecanum wheel to solve the problem above, and explains its operating principle and realization way. Further, a set of multi-function bottom suspension equipment installation platform is developed based on this with flexible rated movement, high positioning accuracy, large rated load and functions of lifting and larger loading capacity through two platforms splicing, greatly improving efficiency and quality of bottom suspension equipment assembly.
