直驱永磁风力发电机转子专用吊具的设计

摘要 直驱永磁风力发电机主要组成部件的安全、平稳转运是生产过程中的关键点。文中就直驱永磁风力发电机转子的吊运进行研究,针对其自身特点设计了一种专用吊具,并根据吊运工况对其进行有限元强度分析,最后对其实际吊运过程进行了跟踪。结果表明,该吊具安全系数可满足安全要求,安装过程简洁、方便,吊运过程平稳、可靠。 Keeping main components of direct-driven permanent magnet wind turbine generator running safely and smoothly is very critical for production. In the paper, a special lifting device is designed for rotor of the wind turbine generator based on its characteristics and research on its handling. Finite element strength analysis is carried out according to handling conditions, and actual handling process is tracked. Results show that the lifting device with high safety coefficient meets safety requirements and is easy to install, and handling process is stable and reliable.
