摘要
神华粤电珠海港煤炭码头公司现有8台斗轮堆取料机和2台取料机,由于堆场范围广,斗轮堆取料机和取料机行走距离长,大车行走编码器易出现偏差,同一轨道梁之间以及相邻的轨道梁之间容易发生斗轮堆取料机相撞事故,对司机人身安全和设备稳定运行造成很大的威胁。文中探讨神华粤电珠海港煤炭码头公司斗轮堆取料机、取料机之间的防碰撞技术以及RFID技术在编码器校正中的应用。
Shenhua Yuedian Zhuhai Port Coal Wharf Co., Ltd. has eight bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers and two reclaimers. Due to the large area of the yard, long walking distance of those bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers and reclaimers,and deviation of cart walking encoder, bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers may collide between the same and the adjacent track beams, which would pose great danger to the safety of drivers and stable operation. This paper discusses the application of anticollision technologies of bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers and reclaimers and RFID of Shenhua Yuedian Zhuhai Port Coal Wharf Co., Ltd. on encoder calibration.
