摘要
目前国内对防坠安全器检测方法与使用现场不匹配,也不能获得国家强制标准已明确要求的减速度峰值及其作用时间。为了解决这一现状问题,提出了基于加速度传感器技术的现场检测装置的设计构想,该装置便于携带,可在施工升降机工作现场使用;通过信号处理、算法演算、软件分析等,能获得标准要求的数个技术参数。
At present, the testing method of domestic anti-fall safety device does not match the use on site and fails to get the deceleration peak and action time explicitly required by national compulsive standard. To solve this problem, the paper proposes to design an acceleration sensor technology based field testing device, which is easy to carry and can be used in operating site of construction elevator. The device is capable of obtaining several technical parameters required by related standards through signal processing, algorithm calculation, software analysis, etc.
