采煤机整机动力学研究及行走轮受力分析 被引量:23

摘要 为了寻找行走轮处经常损坏的原因,进行了采煤机整机动力学研究,并对行走轮处进行受力分析。首先,建立采煤机整机动力学模型,对外部载荷从滚筒到行走轮的传递过程进行分析。其次,利用ADAMS建立采煤机整机虚拟样机模型;搭建采煤机截割试验台,进行采煤机正常割煤工况截割试验,提取滚筒质心处所受的三向力和转矩,并施加到虚拟样机滚筒质心处,进行整机动力学仿真验证;提取并分析行走轮与销排的接触力。发现在整机受载条件下,左右侧行走轮与销排接触力均值、峰值要比整机不受载时,高出10%~15%;采煤机启动时,右侧行走轮与销排之间接触力约为稳定行走时的6.843倍,左侧行走轮与销排之间接触力也可以达到5.706倍,为寻找行走轮的损坏原因提供有利线索。 In order to find the cause of the frequent damage of the travel wheels,overall shearer cutting process was simulated,and contact force between travel wheels and pin raw was analysed.First,the dynamic model of shearer was set up and the load transfer process from drums to travel wheels was analyzed.Then,ADAMS was used to set up the virtual prototype of shearer model,and the cutting test-bed of shearer drum was used to do the normal cutting test.The cutting load was picked,including three-axis forces and moment,and the load was applied to center of mass on the drum to complete the overall shearer dynamics simulation.The contact force beetwen travel wheels and pin row was picked.It was found that the mean and peak contact force betweem travel wheels and pin raw with load on drum is 10%—25% higher than without load on drum;the contact force of right travel on initial stage is about 6.843 times the force on steady traveling state,and the left is 5.706 times the force on steady travel state,which can provide some clues for the cause of travel wheels damage.
