摘要
目前常规预应力锚索大多数情况下只能起到增强巷道破碎围岩承载强度的作用,很难对破碎围岩起到悬吊作用.以河南省新乡市赵固二矿为工程应用背景,综合现场调研、理论分析和数值模拟等方法,探讨分析了赵固二矿回采巷道顶板离层机理,研究分析了其悬吊失效的原因,据此,设计采用了以长-短锚杆间搭配间隔布置的方案,间排距为900 mm×800 mm,并进行了数值模拟与工业性试验.结果表明:试验巷道的顶板下沉量和两帮移近量有了明显的减小,提高了围岩的稳定性.
The conventional prestressed anchor cable can only play the role of strengthening the bearing strength of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and it is difficult to play the suspension effect on the broken rock. Based on the application background,comprehensive field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of Zhaogu 2nd Mine in Xinxiang City,Henan Province,the mechanism of roof segregation in Zhaogu 2nd Mine mining roadway is discussed and analyzed. The reason is that the design adopts the scheme of spacing between long and short anchors,and the interval is 900 mm × 800 mm,and the numerical simulation and industrial test are carried out. Results show that the roof sinking amount and the roadway’s side migration are obviously reduced and the stability of the surrounding rock is improved.
