生物处理技术在VOCs废气处理过程中的研究与分析

The research and analysis in the process of VOCs waste gas treatment for biological treatment technology

本文从VOCs废气生物处理原理出发,详细研究了生物洗涤器、生物滤池和生物滴滤塔3种生物处理技术,分析了工艺流程、过滤材料、工艺条件等影响生产装置的因素,并指出了生物处理技术存在问题和发展趋势,为生物处理技术在石油化工、有机合成和印刷行业VOCs废气的处理提供参考。

Based on biological VOCs waste gas processing principle, this paper studies in detail at home and abroad of scrubber, biological filter and biological filter tower three kinds of biological treatment technology. It analyzes the technological process, filter materials, processing eonditions and the influencing factors of production equipment. This paper points out the problems and developing trend, and it provides reference for biological treatment technology in the treatment of VOCs waste gas in petrochemical industry, organic synthesis and printing industry.
