污染事件始终是环境治理中的顽固因素,环境污染形成因素众多且极难管制,因此在现有环境监管状态下既然无法做到全面管制,相关环境监督管理者便将工作重心移到了对突发环境事件的应急监测中,通过对突发事件的及时整治有效减小其对环境生态现状的负面干预力度。为了在探讨中积攒经验,笔者特此以应对措施为主要内容进行简单探讨,望能以浅层理论内容对读者起到协助作用。
