一种基于VMD和小波去噪的管道泄漏检测算法 被引量:7

摘要 为了更好地消除混杂在管道泄漏信号中的噪声,提出了一种基于VMD和小波去噪的管道泄漏检测算法。首先对信号中的噪声进行小波变换预处理。接着把经过小波变换处理后的高频成分与低频成分进行叠加得到重构信号,即完成信号去噪。然后将去噪信号进行可变模态分解(VMD)得到所有IMF分量。最后,通过相关系数准则判断有效IMF分量,将有效分量重构,通过计算信噪比和均方误差来验证该方法的有效性。本文将这种算法应用于实际天然气管道泄漏信号的检测分析中,实验结果表明,该算法同时结合小波与VMD的优点,能更好的消除噪声,最大限度的保留有用信号,并提高信号的信噪比。 A new de-noising method based on wavelet transform and variable-mode decomposition ( VMD ) is proposed to eliminate the noise in pipeline leakage signal. First of all, the noise in the signal is pre-processed by wavelet transform. Then, the reconstructed signal is obtained by superimposing the high-frequency components and the low-frequency components after the wavelet transform processing, and the signal denoising is completed. Then the denoised signals are subjected to variational mode decomposition ( VMD ) to obtain all IMF components. Finally, the effective IMF component is determined by the correlation coefficient criterion, and the effective component is reconstructed. The validity of the method is verified by calculating the MSE and SNR. In this paper, the algorithm is applied to the actual gas pipeline leakage signal detection and analysis, the experimental results show that the method combined with the advantages of wavelet and VMD, can better eliminate noise, the maximum limit to retain the useful signal and improve the signal noise ratio.
