摘要
在深入了解与分析FANUC 0iD系统的基础上,对原有的某立式铣床增加自动换刀装置后升级改造为加工中心,采用斗笠式刀库,应用宏程序和PMC控制相结合的方式,完成换刀动作。最终的调试结果表明,所设计控制程序使用方便,换刀动作稳定,使原设备的加工效率有了显著提升。
On the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis of the FANUC 0iD system, for the original vertical milling machine, the automatic tool changing device is added to upgrade machining center. The bamboo hat ATC, using the macro program and PMC control combination, completes the action of automatic tool change. The final debugging results show that the design of the control program, easy to use, stable tool change, so that the original equipment processing efficiency is significantly improved.
