Design of Low Consumption Control System of Large Flow Meter Valves

摘要 设计适用于大瞬时流量、高管道压力的燃气表阀门电源供电控制系统。并结合实践搭建试验台,针对在50k Pa管道压力,瞬时流量在40m3/h条件下,分别对常规电源控制方案及本方案进行测试效果对比。结果显示,本升压方案开关阀的平均电流在78.9m A左右,阀门关阀时间大约为7.4S,实现了在工况条件下能够使阀门正常执行开关阀操作。同时,本系统包含的供电控制电路使得在不需要进行阀门开关阀操作时,切断整个电路系统的供电,可达到降低功耗目的。 The design is suitable for large instantaneous flow rate and high pipeline pressure. Compared with the establishment of practice and experiment platform. Aimed at under the condition of pipe pressure 50kPa, instantaneous flow rate of 40m3/h, compared with the test results of conventional power control scheme and this design scheme respectively. The results show that the average current of the on or offvalve is about 78.9mA, and the valve closing time is about 7.4s. The valve can be operated normally under operating conditions. Simultaneously, the system contains the power supply control circuit makes the valve opening and closing valve operation, cut off the power supply of the entire circuit system can achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption.
