通过改进绩效考核方式推进党校教研咨一体化建设是一个系统工程,需要引入新的方法及新的论证,KPI指标法便是有效的方法之一。本文拟将KPI方法应用于党校教研咨一体化工作的考核中。通过详细分析KPI指标法,研究构建党校绩效考核指标体系的关键因素,并从教学、科研和咨询三个维度出发研究制定党校绩效考核KPI指标体系,以期通过科学考核激发党校教师积极性,推进党校教研咨工作协调发展。

It is a systematic project to promote the integration of teaching, research and consultation in party school through Improve performance evaluation methods, which needs to introduce new methods and new demonstrations. KPI method is one of effective methods. In this article the KPI method is applied to the evaluation of party school teaching and research consulting integration work. Through detailed analysis of KPI index method to study the performance assessment index system of the construction of party school key factors, and starting from the three dimensions of teaching, scientific research and consulting research formulation of KPI performance appraisal index system, in order to stimulate the party school teachers enthusiasm through the scientific evaluation, promote the coordinated development of party school teaching client work.
